One United Properties has acquired Eliade Tower, a prime office building in Bucharest, for €9.5 million. This acquisition from Eurobank S.A. Greece marks another milestone in One United Properties' expansion strategy.
Located at 18 Mircea Eliade Boulevard, Eliade Tower stands close to the prestigious ONE Floreasca City development, an award-winning mixed-use community developed by One United Properties. Built on the historic site of the former Automatica factory, the 2.9-hectare ONE Floreasca City complex has transformed an abandoned urban area into a vibrant center that includes ONE Tower (offices), ONE Mircea Eliade (three residential towers), and ONE Gallery (a retail and commercial area housed in the former Ford factory).
Eliade Tower strengthens One United Properties' portfolio with its prime location in one of Bucharest's most desirable districts. In the near term, the building will continue to operate as an office space within our portfolio. However, One United Properties is actively evaluating options for the optimal use of Eliade Tower to maximize its long-term value.
The building comprises approximately 10,000 square meters of office space across 10 floors, sits on a 4,224-square-meter plot, and offers convenient above-ground parking.
With this acquisition, One United Properties continues to expand its impact in Bucharest’s dynamic real estate market, fostering sustainable urban development and enhancing the city’s business infrastructure.
